  I just wanted to make sure this place was rated as it should be. I had spent the holiday weekend in excruciating tooth pain. I had called about 15 other dental offices closer to where I live, and no one would schedule an emergency appointment to help me because I didn't have insurance. I live far in the mountains, and was over- joyed that I had finally found an office willing to help me. I showed up with a badly infected tooth. They not only took me in early, but they almost immediately had me numbed and comfortable making sure my pain was at ease. They worked very quickly to diagnose what was going on, and had options immediately available to me. I have a horrible fear of dentists from previous bad experiences else where, and I can honestly say these people are wonderful. They answered all of my questions thouroughly, talked me through the entire procedure, and were very patient given my condition. Thank you so much Dr. Marshall and associates for helping me today. You may never understand how grateful I am for my wonderful experience at your Silverthorne location. Thank you again for your time and patience. I will always recommend your practice to friends and family in the future.
